In all of my travels - I have never stayed at a place that had such poor customer service or lack of empathy in an emergency situation. The staff was called on 3 occasions to prevent a mishap when we arrived. Each time we were told not to worry - come check in at 9:30pm and the reality of chaos loomed. We were upgraded to a room to later find out that our neighbor apparently thought they left something in the room. We were harassed After 11 pm many time by security and our neighbor and then when we complain they could not move our room as they were booked. So we had to pack up and leave as they decided to do nothing about this. So frustrated and disappointed in the Rosen.
I was a guest at the Rosen Centre two years ago for the 82nd Airborne Division Association 2015 National Convention. The staff were friendly and experienced, the facility itself was very well maintained. I would recommend this location to anyone needing accommodations close to the Convention Center.
I attended a conference here and the food was amazing! It was not hotel food. It tasted amazing! Thank you! Sometimes you go to conferences and the food is bland but your chorizo sausage and cheeseburgers was awesome. Your staff was amazing as well. My room was spotless and my towels were soft.
Beautiful facility, clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff and more amenities than most places I've stayed.
I thought the staff was amazing . The food was great and most of all my best friend had an amazing wedding at your property...
Nice rooms and convenient location although I gym was not included so I think should be added as amenities live the convenience of having a rent a car in spot and other convenient amenities
