It was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Staff was over and above knowledgeable and courteous as well’
Beautiful hotel and spacious room! However they need more people at the registration desk in the evening to check in guests! We were fortunate when we arrived there were 5 guests in front of us but we heard it took some of our teammates over an hour to check in. The facilities are gorgeous and will definitely stay here again!
Very disappointed that I had to pay to park in a hotel I was paying $500 for two nights. The property is pretty but very pricey and nothing better than less expensive hotels. For the price we paid I wouldnt expect to have to pay for sub par breakfast that was terribly over priced. Will not be staying here again nor will I recommend it to anyone.
Very good service. Food is delicious and awesome venue for special occasion. Your dinner meal service workers are tremendously commendable. Polite and courteous and hardworking.
It is amazing hotel very clean,good staff and service. Rooms are super clean, organized and smells good I really love this hotel .
Hotel is amazing but having to pay $15 for self parking is definitely a disappointment.
Just arrived home to U.K. with my family after a glorious 3 week stay in this beautiful Hotel. Great rooms, pool, selection of restaurants. The staff, from housekeeping, Desk clerks to Valets could not be more pleasant. Very busy with conference people from all over the world but this just adds to the hive of activity.
