The hotel is OK, however they need to decide if the hotel caters for holiday makers or conference / business centre. For a business centre this is an an excellent facility. The Reds food place is cheap, but the customer service in the kitchen was shocking. The other restaurants are way too expensive for the quality of food, that is why they are always empty.
Very nice hotel...my only disappointments were the twin deluxe beds(small) and no microwave, but other than those two items the room and staff were great!!!!
They have a very strict no smoking policy in the rooms that I, it appears, fell foul of but as a smoker (I know it's a dirty habit) I cannot help that my dirty laundry in my room might smell of tobacco smoke or other smoking related mess such as cigarette ash may fall from my person...as a hotel, the rooms are like any other hotel anywhere but like all hotels, it is the staff that make the stay enjoyable...I cannot say the security staff made my stay enjoyable...on the contrary...
Absolutely enjoyed my stay here over the weekend. I planned on taking my son to the water parks, but there was a break in the weather. Ended up enjoying the hotel amenities. The Jacuzzi and pool area was relaxing and enjoyable. Rosen employees really cater to their guest needs. We'll be back to enjoy the Rosen Christmas festivities. It's always the most exquisite place to be during the Christmas Holidays on International drive.
