Excelente hotel! Estacionamento garagem, estrutura muito boa, café da manhã bem servido, bares e piscina bem cuidados. Quartos amplos com tudo o que se precisa dentro.

This is a great place to stay! The layout is feasible and practical for all your needs. The rooms deserve the 5 stars. I haven't met any staff that didn't at least acknowledge my presence with at least a smile. The rate for the room was very good. The location is perfect to local attractions. Several restaurants in the hotel and all reasonably priced. Huge pool and plenty of outside space to hang out. I would come back!
I want to thank the Manager, Patrick for his amazing customer service. I realized the day we left Orlando that I left my iPad in the room, called the hotel the next day and spoke directly to Patrick, 2 hours later he called with great news, my iPad was found! He even overnighted the package free of charge and apologized for the inconvenience. Great hotel, great customer service! Thank you again Patrick!
