The venue room wasn’t the greatest, but a single staff member stood out to me and my wife. Aaron is the young mans name, he was awesome at each point of contact. I would have given your resort a complete five stars, but we where told when checking in the room was remodeled. Which it was not the case, our TV didn’t work and the room had an odor to it. The shower tiles where about to fall off and it looked as if they painted the tub. But I go back to Aaron total class act to our group, way to stand out in the crowd.

First time here and really bad experience. We saw a Cockroach and a mice in the bungalow. Cleaners who come and only do half of the bungalow (one of the bed is undone). Honestly for the price... we could have had a better service somewhere else. Not good at all.
