Great place to relax. Though room did not have coffee mugs ☹️. I don’t like paper cups.

If you get a chance to talk with Jamal, he is one of the workers there. He is an older gentleman from Chicago, he is a gem for this place. He loves his job, and his country. I have had a few conversations with him and actual search him out on a daily bases to say hello. As far as everything else here, it’s been a pleasure to be here and hate to say good bye. Just got home from a 7 night vacation. This was our first time at Paradise Point. Rooms were kept pretty clean, we loved the pool. A bit over priced for what is included. Pool service was mediocre. One day our waitress completely ignored us, which took us by surprise because the day before the waiter was great! Lovely resort, would not not stay here again, but will look into a VRBO next time.

Service people were not around to help or offer services. I’ve been to other resorts where you are treated special ie: drink service by the pool, friendly workers... Be careful when you book. You think you are paying a certain fee and they tack on service charges like $38 to park per day. Why isn’t that just included? We hadn’t planned on leaving the resort during ... read more
