Never stay here the service is terrible. My wife and I stayed here for a corporate retreat. We arrived at 5:30 (check in was at 4 and we had a company dinner at 7) we were told room wouldn't be ready until after 7:00. We had nowhere to shower and change and missed our company dinner. We finally got our room at 7:30, only to discover it was the wrong room 2 queen instead of 1 king. The sheets were stained, bugs were everywhere-floor, ceiling, flying around. Cobwebs everywhere, dirty floors, patio covered in bird poop. After c... read more

The resort was older but semi clean and the staff was friendly. We had a good time but they did not have our bill ready for our early checkout and our card was charged once we were already home with outrageous fees that we were told we would not have to pay. I've worked at a resort in the past and if a guest was unhappy about something we would... read more

We did a staycation and it was amazing! Totally felt like we were on a tropical island. So many fun things to do. We weren't able to get in all that we wanted but we did take advantage of sailing, padded boarding, happy hour at the cantina, relaxing by the pool and dinner and drinks at the barefoot bar for sunset! So worth the $!

We loved our stay at Paradise Point Resort! We stayed in a bayside suite and it was perfect for our family of three. Dining options are great on the island. Rental car is recommended if you plan to explore outside of the resort.

It was a beautiful resort, I think they could do a better job on room cleanliness expecially on high touch surfaces. The staff was very friendly and I would definitely return :)
