Stayed here last week. The hotel was clean an rooms were nice. Not happy with the resort fees on top of room charge and then $15. a day parking fees. The best sushi is at Chin Chin in the hotel! Overall a good experience.
Please review your event parking procedures. When the lot is full let those who are already in line know so they can go somewhere else. Make sure your parking attendants are aware the lot is full so they dont take our money, and give us a parking ticket only to be told by someone else that we can not park. Review how the company SP PLus talks to their staff behind closed doors as well as in public view. Highly disappointed with how an attendant was screamed at due to her giving us a ticket. Not happy with paying a $40 resort fee and then still had to pay $15 per day for parking at the hotel! The room was ok except there was no coffee maker....what exactly is my resort fee going to if I can’t even get a cup of coffee in my room??? The dueling piano bar was fun as usual except now they charge $25 per person cover fee for “standing room only” and $35 per person for “sitting area” of the bar.
The food was good. It sucks though that all the casinos charge for parking any more. They want your money before entering their establishment! Vegas has changed too much in the last few years...and not for the better!
You have to understand what you pay for, obviously by reading previous reviews you would be scratching your head. Very good service, great allocation to customerservice, outstanding atmosphere, GREAT Casino!
We had a great time walking around and having a few drinks! Gambled a little too!
