Highlight of my trip....the piano bar is a MUST SEE!!!
We had a good time. Rooms and halls were dated. Casino was clean and there was a lot of options for places to eat. We found it difficult to get compt drinks. We enjoyed the pool and it's nice being on the strip. Housekeeping staff was wonderful and so was the desk staff.
The smoke in the Casino is too much. In this day and age, smoking needs to be limited to smoking areas only. Not so bad at other Casinos
We always stay at the NYNY. We have never been dissatisfied! Always look forward to coming back. See you Wednesday!
Great, fun, energetic hotel. Rooms are a little dated, but nice and clean. Food is really good. Check in was fast and easy.
I enjoyed the MGM Grand a lot better. It was just unorganized.

We walked across the street here every day from the Monte Carlo during our trip to Vegas .. wish we would have stayed at NY NY .. much better ..
We had no hot water for 3 days. We complained and nothing was done until the last day. Cold showers are not fun. They kept promising to send someone up but they never showed. Check your bill when you check out-they charged us for items we never purchased. The resort was very clean and the people in the casino were great !
