First time in Vegas and it was great! Room was ready before assigned check in, staff was helpful and pleasant. Casino staff were helpful. Cleaning crews and maintenance were always visible. Nice and good price. Now if we could have won and the other drunks could have just stayed home it would have been perfect.
First they charge you a ridiculous amount for “resort fees” and then they have the nerve to charge you $15 a day to self park there as a guest! These greedy, money hungry people will never see me again. Are you listening NY, NY? How dare you charge these rates when just a few years ago everything was included in the price of the room!! I don’t care how far I have to travel even if that means not coming back to Vegas. Thanks for ruining my go to vacation spot! 😡
I absolutely loved my stay! Rooms were clean & so pretty � The front desk, house keeping & other staff members were nice & friendly. I loved the atmosphere & the fact that it is kid friendly, since I took my babies on this trip. We didn't want to leave lol. We would definitely stay here again, actually we can't wait to ������
Well the hotel is clean and extremely comfortable, only complaint I have is the dealers , they are rude and make u wanna go to a other casino. Coming to Vegas u expect the dealers to cheer u on talk to u make u feel welcome. Not give u the stink eye and literally don’t say a word. Will come back but not sure if I’ll play at new York new york
Great service and the food choices were awesome. The piano bar was fun.
Originally planned a four night stay, but was so disappointed we booked at MGM and only spent one night.
Havn't stayed there but had an evening there and had a great time. Atmosphere is wonderful as are most of the staff.
i love the stay big hotel nice room got the players suite loved it friendly people fast check in no line verry profesional staff im really coming back thanks for making us feel like home
Great hotel, lovely clean rooms. Excellent service at the restaurants. Beer expensive but it is all over Las Vegas so no surprise. Found it surprising that we had to have ID to get in at Coyote Ugly.... is this a USA thing - we Brits not in the habit of ID . At 50+ I would have thought I could have got in without . Would recommend the hotel ....
