The beds are hard. Not comfortable at all. Did not expect from a 4 start hotel.

Yes I recommend staying here had a suite with a bar had a great time and the pool was fabulous I had so much fun I wish I could remember it all Hahahaha

Shorted 15 bucks by a craps pitboss who didnt know what a yo bet was. Boss also tried to tell the table that a rolled 10 was a 4. Inexcuasble and i will not gamble here again.
NYNY is desperate need of renovations. The room we were given is dated and run-down. Windows are so dirty (on the outside) that you can barely see out of them. If I were MGM I’d be ashamed to offer these rooms, even if NYNY is considered entry level for Vegas. The casino good and the location on the strip is solid. Lots of food options as well.
Smoke filled in casino. Resort fees assessed...for what? Our room was right outside the roller coaster=sleep hazard.

First off this is a complaint about parking and using the MLife rewards. During the hockey season it was a great benefit but now they take it away during the playoffs with no warning? Show up for the game and some parking yahoo tells me I can’t park? Either give us the full benefit or not. This is unacceptable MGM. You own the arena with AEG, you already too free parking away for locals now this? Just another reason for locals to stay away from the strip!
