Had a great time here. Loved the Greenwich Village area. Staff was really helpful and friendly. The roller coaster was a big hit with our group. Our room was clean and comfortable.
Awesome hotel, there is a lot to see and do in here. The chocolate Martini bar is a must try. The coaster is also a must, it’s the place to be if you have kids with you!
Room was next to some type of machine room that works the elevator on 33rd floor. We heard elevator noise most of the evening, late night, and early morning. The room was dated, pillows were questionably clean, and the bathroom was small.

Excellent customer service, very pleased with our room, the view and room service. Highly recommended, plans on returning again.
This place gets a 5 star � rating !!! Quick check in, Great room ! Maid service excellent!! Restaurants were all friendly especially Chin Chins the people there were very nice our waiter Ryan H was great!! Even the drink servers on the casino floor were friendly. We will definitely be back!!
We have been coming here for 8 plus years. It's home away from home. LOVE the new park! The slots need to be loosened up a bit. Very easy to get to from the rent a car center. And the monorail is in MGM across the street. The free tram is always nice from the Excalibur to the luxor to the Mandalay Bay. Then to get closer to the middle, the tram from Monte Carlo goes all the way down to the Belagio. Sometimes tho it's just as easy to walk down the strip.
