It definitely is a cute place, very accommodating and the unlimited wine was deff a plus. Did a couples massage with boyfriend last minute booking and was able to get a reasonable time, same day even. Also got the first time intro rate which was also a plus. I give 2 stars because when we booked we both specifically wanted deep tissue and pretty much just got a rub down with lotion. The massage overall was absolutely terrible. What a great place! The people at the front desk were incredibly nice. Nan and Reina are the best!! Apparently my service today was not up to scratch (by their standards, I thought it was WONDERFUL), so they booked me for another one next week at no charge! Amazing customer service :)
This was our second time visiting this spa while on vacation in the Orlando area. We received great customer service and great massages! It's a nice way to wind down after long days at theme parks.
I'm currently a member here for 3 services, actually was just there yesterday for nails and waxing - and it's the best gift I gave myself over a year ago! Roma and Aisha are really the only ones I schedule with because they're the best at what they do, but I've heard the other aestheticians are good as well. Drinks are always complimentary (and refillable) and the ambience is amazing, luv it here!!
I love The Spa. Yesterday was my 2yr Marriage anniversary and my husband surprised me with a Spa date I really enjoyed myself I got a massage & got in the Jacuzzi they provided me with Wine which really relaxed me even the more after that massage. The staff was so professional everyone was smiling & seemed happy. There facility is a nice size. The only Con is the massage bed was not comfortable but my specialist added more covers to make it more soft which I greatly appreciated other than that!!! 5 stars!! I will be back!
