Had a great afternoon at The Spa LLC today. Ariel pays great attention to detail and I was relaxed overall throughout the service. Love this place so much I became a member. Never going anywhere else.

Made an appointment for 2 services, i received an emergency call and I was not able to continue. After explainimg Andy that it was an emergency, he refused to charge one service and got charged for both services as I was not able to gurantee to come back the same day due to my emergency. Worst service from Andy and the way he talks to the employees is shameful, never coming back again. Avoid this place as they do not consider the costumer not their employees; they are all about money instead of loyal customers.
Fantastic experience, signed up immediately for a membership. Staff is professional, courteous and very skilled. Highly recommend!

Wonderful, relaxing experience at The Spa today. My daughter and I were both treated with utmost kindness and respect. James introduced me to reflexology and my feet and legs haven't felt this good in a long time. My daughter got a hot stone pedicure and can't stop talking about it. I highly recommend The Spa.
Sebastian is fabulous! What a lovely staff, all of them, and a relaxing visit.
It's the best in Orlando wonderful staff...I had the valentine's package ....I'll be back soon love this place...
