When you think of Bally Total Fitness type scam contracts, this place is the same! Possibly worse since it presents itself as "local" and "part of the community". ABSOLUTE CROOKS. Word of advice to never, NEVER join their membership let alone go there for services and save yourself the drama and stress.
I booked a spa package - massage, facial, mani/pedi for my 50th birthday celebration. It was fabulous. I loved the facial, my first ever!
I love it here. Excellent service and Andy gave me birthday cake! Sebastian did my eyebrows and ears and it always looks great. Been coming here for almost a year now.
All of the staff here is GREAT! And the monthly nail membership is an amazing deal.
Very unfriendly support staff. Techs are friendly and do a good job, but if you have a problem that requires remediation, don't expect good customer service!!!

Came in during the holidays for manicure,pedicure. Absolutely the worse place ever. Manicure with no cuticle cutting, techs are responsible for keeping their own nail supple, with that said, the tech that attended me was using an under coat that was almost empty and sticky, I refused it. The gel nail polish peeled right off my nails the 3rd day. And the pedicure was horrendous.
