I have both the nail & massage membership & they're totally worth it!!! Nothing like being able to have a R&R day every 2 weeks! Even booked a spa night for my bridal party for my wedding & we were treated like queens! The staff is great & even those who never worked with me treat me like their clients. Mae is amazing & I would definitely recommend her hands down!!!
This place is the worst place to work for, they advertise that they're hiring but they can't keep employees. They claim that you can work at least 30 to 40 hours a week, that's a lie. But I was let go because I refuse to do a facial service on a client when I had not been thoroughly and professionally trained on the new product that they're using now. I have been visiting the spa every two weeks for the past year! I signed up for their monthly nail membership - and it’s such a good deal!! Every month for about 30 dollars I receive a gel manicure and pedicure as well as a color change! My nail tech Josanne is fantastic and caters to my very specific requests for my nails. She genuinely cares about me as a client. I have also on occasion received amazing facials and massages here at the spa. You can’t beat the price for the service you receive here. Best facials and customer service!
I've been a loyal customer of The Spa for years and had great experiences every visit. Today, the staff went above and beyond. Another local spa that offers nail services for children told us just days ago that they could no longer accommodate us for my daughter's birthday party. I was devastated and called The Spa in a panic. Not only did they give my daughter and her friends "fancy nails" (my daughter's words), but they set up a party area that exceeded all my expectations.
