The actual service is good, and the people are nice. But be warned, if you get a membership and want to cancel, it is HARD. You can't just call and tell them you want it cancelled. The first time I tried, I was told I had to come in in person to fill out forms to cancel. The second time I was told they would email the forms to me. They didn't. The third time they said again they would email the forms and they finally did. But you can't just call and tell them to cancel. It's easy to start but hard to get yourself out of it.
RecommendedHad an amazing day here at The Spa while away on business. They were friendly and accommodating. Loved my nails and toes. I added a massage last minute and they were super accommodating.

Please do not sign a contract. It seems like a good deal however when you want to cancel the membership your paperwork will mysteriously disappear. I have asked the billing dept to return my call three times to work out charges that should not have occured and have yet to have any contact from her. The once nice personnel who gladly took my money will now have nothing to do with me.

After 3 visits I’m So glad I decided to get a membership here. Anastasia on the massage and Josanne on the facial was one of the best days of my life. Haha! I recommend this place to anyone. �
