RecommendedMy husband and I had a great experience at the spa. We relaxed in between " parks Marathon". The place is clean, calm and the professionals well trained. Recommended to all my friends coming to Orlando.
The service was very nice. Very friendly staff. Ana and Reina were awesome nail techs. Made me feel right at home. I'll definitely go there again on my next visit.

Terrible experience. conflict between scheduling and staff created to much tension.
Worst customer service ever and illegally charged my credit card. The manager Anthony is horrible and will not let you speak. The owner promise us things and Anthony didn't live up to it then claim the owner is out the country. Do not sign up for any membership because they will give you the hardest time to get out of it and charge your card for services you didn't receive.
Very unorganized. Booked couples hot stones & facials. When we get there the masseuse had no idea what hot stone was. The rooms had no AC just a small fan. After the massage which was absolutely horrible. we were then told that they don't offer couples facial by the front of the house. Then another lady said the couples room is ready. Again no one knew what was going on. Decided to cancel that portion and leave. I will never go back there again.
Kat did my nails and pedicure and I couldn't be happier. She took her time and did them exactly the way I wanted. It's hard to find a place that does natural nails and helps me keep them healthy.
