The food was excellent from the appetizers of oysters crab cakes and shrimp to the smoked brisket the mac and cheese grilled asparagus and drinks were amazing and our server was awesomeness I highly recommend you should ask to be sat in David Ryan's section he went above and beyond! It is a bit pricey but quality of food service and atmosphere is worth the splurge to eat there at least once!
Went there twice during our stay. We are bar people and really liked the bar layout. Also liked the menu. Plenty to choose from but some of the best fried green tomatoes I've ever eaten.
The food was delicious. The menu has many choices, so deciding what to try was difficult. Definitely something for everyone. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Had a great time here.
Great Happy Hour. Loved the fried green tomatoes. The oysters needed to be burped. They even had USA soccer on!!
The menu was fun and interesting... great BBQ Sheimp!! The service was fabulous! Also the free valet parking was a nice added plus!
Great grilled oysters. The Chicken fried chicken was PERFECT! Steaks.... PERFECT! I'm not sure what the rolls were . The tasted like pie dough. The bread pudding was chewy and dry. I am used to a wet light bread pudding Great service!
Went there last night upon the recommendation of a former Nashvillian. Great spot for a late night dinner after hitting the bar scene on Broadway. We had a group of 5 and shared appetizers. Hands down the Dominican Pork was the best! Tasty BBQ pulled pork with a zesty BBQ sauce over sweet potato grits and mango chutney. It was a veritable explosion of complimentary flavors! The crab cakes are delicious too and beautiful presentation, but small and two to an order. Finally, don't pass on the gumbo - the roux is perfection!
Fantastic meal!! Started out with the biscuits and gravy which were to die for. I was with a bunch of girlfriends and we all had fantastic meals. Great atmosphere and some live music. Highly recommended!!!!
Excellent food and great atmosphere! We had eaten here once before and enjoyed it so much that we drove to Nashville from our home 30 miles NE of Birmingham just to eat here on our anniversary. Our waiter, Austin, was also excellent! We will be back!
