I'm going to try to keep this as professional as possible... You messed up with a third party source, didn't let your residents know anything that was going on, but want us to pay for it... HA! That's funny. You want your money, but the residents have to go through H-E- double hockey sticks and high waters just to get A. Things we were promised when signing the lease, B. Simple maintenance request done, C. Privacy in our own apartments! My advice to you is take that money as a loss.
Dont waste your time renting at the social. The Internet dont work and they won't fix it! The car wash dont work. Also theres trash everywhere they dont clean up at all and the dumpsters are overflowing with trash.
Wouldn't recommend it. Very unorganized management. Find a better place.
Alot nicer place since the new company took over with the new renovations. I just wish they would hurry up with finishing the basketball court.
