When they taking you on a tour it don’t look like the apt they show you the WiFi always messing up and everything it’s horrible That’s why everybody left it’s bad

I’ve lived here twice and the first time management charged me for rent that I did not owe. The second time, there have been shady characters around the apartment and the power hungry manager implemented parking rules that are not resident friendly. Do not sign a lease here. There are better apartments in Auburn.
Just woke up to 20 shots being fired. Hit the floor. This is the third time this has happened since I’ve lived here. Love being scared for my life constantly. Not to mention, there is even a courtesy cop that lives next-door. Do not live here. Plus the rates have gone up a lot recently.

It is pretty nice to me. Everything works fine and the hospitality from the girls at the front desk is great!
I would not recommend this complex by any means. We leased an apartment for one year and had numerous problems to include a wild snake that had to be removed from our apartment. Management is less than sub-par. Feel free to reach out to me for more details.
