Do not live here if you have ANY other choice! It looks nice on the outside but it is not. Rent seems cheap but once you add the $50 for electricity, it is way overpriced for what you are getting. Maintenance is absolutely useless. IF they show up days (or weeks) after you put in the request, they literally just mess with it a little to put in "effort" and make it seem like they did something. My roommates bathroom cabinet has been rotten, water damaged, and fly infested since the day we moved in in January. After several mo... read more

Honestly, I like the social. I mean every apartments have their ups and downs no matter what location you live in. I've done seen worse, believe me. What I like most about the apartments are the renovations. Thumbs up. Also, I have put in some orders as well, but they eventually get around to it. I guess you have to have patience, and continue to call on a weekly or daily basis. I mean they do have a lot of residents to attend to, and people do forget. They are not professional, they are money hungry. I would never suggest anyone to live here unless you like people ripping you off and pulling fast ones on you. I don't know where in their minds that they think people just have money like that coming in to pay these bills on the spot. They didn't even try to be reasonable. We are college students, we shouldn't have to be stressed over this. Potential future residents DON'T LIVE HERE!!!!!! Invest your money somewhere else.

Gosh I sure hope my ceiling fan gets fixed before another four months goes by. I mean how many maintenance request do I have to put in before a loose ceiling fan falls on me?! Not surprised though, this is coming from the complex that tells you they're going to email you when a package arrives, but never does and tells you you're wrong if the package is there.

This is the email I sent to their corporate office twice. It was read and not responded to. I finally got an email back from the front office at the Social so I'm oh so excited to see if the situation will be handled properly "The situation: Our front office sent us a letter on Monday December 7th about us having to back pay on utilities bills because they had been having some problems with their third party company. What really confuses me, is how maintenance shows up more at my house when I haven't requested maintenance than when I actually do. It took over 2 weeks to actually see maintenance after submitting several work orders the first day. If you ask anyone at the front desk anything, prepare for at least 3 different answers and for none of them to be correct. The internet they provide is excruciatingly slow. Don't expect to be able to play any kinds of online games or watch Netflix without serious buffer times. Parking is TERRIBLE... read more

Literally the worst place to live. How can you mess up electricity bills for your residents? For FIVE MONTHS I called asking when we would get our bills, and I got a different answer every time because no one knows anything in the office apparently. Then you say in a letter you FINALLY taped to our door (really professional guys, which by the way I found some scattered on the ground thanks to the wind) that we would be charged $40 a month in back charges for electricity. Then when I get my rent bill online, it's $50 a month.... read more

Poor service and money hungry. Very deceiving and liars to the fullest, as college students we should not be stressed about the roof over our heads. Just because you wear suits doesn't mean you have the right to scam us! you are in a COLLEGE town with EDUCATED adults. Piss poor service!
