Would not recommend this place at all! The apartments would actually be quite nice but the communication with the management really is a hassle! They keep trying to force you into payments you never signed for in the lease contract and I am still waiting for my security deposit of over $1.000 to be refunded. I can only emphasize to the management to do something about this because especially for international students, like me, it is an imposition to argue with the management on an almost weekly basis.
Poor mamagment and poor maintenance, but a decent community and pet friendly.
Bad move-in day experience but Jeremy (the property manager) has done everything he can to make my apartment better!!
DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE!! I HATE IT POOR MANGEMENT
Helping friends move in and there is a VERY bad roach infestation.. I've never seen a place this bad before.
When you put in a work order for something, let's say a fan that looks like it's gonna fall on you in your sleep, you have to wait almost a month; and when they said they fixed it, it clearly wasn't fixed. Terrible management, won't give you an answer, just says idk and proceeds to do nothing instead of finding someone who has an answer.
Not impressed at the moment. The do nothing to help incoming band students who start band camp on Aug 8. Management insists they can do nothing to allow students to move in by the 8th and insists it has to stay the 16th. It amazes me that MOST housing on and off campus help those students who need to be in early due to schedules but not the social.
