I LOVE THIS PLACE!! – I was reading some of the bad reviews and had to comment. This place is one my favoraites. I don't get how 1) Drinks are too strong. 2) People dancing enjoying the music is a bad thing??? 3) Bartenders are too friendly?? Thats what I love about the place. My favorite place in Dallas – I tell everyone that they have to go to the Slip Inn. On thursdays, they play old school hip hop and the DJ's are banging. Great mix of people. Finally, a place in Dallas where people don't care what you look like, what you are drinking, or who you are with. Go there three times, and you are a regular. All the staff will treat you like you are old friends. Also, the girls here don't play games. They are some cute chicks that just want to dance. So just make sure you can keep up with them.

Awesome Crowd – Yes it does get packed, those rumors are true. Yes it looks shady from the outside, but it adds to the atmosphere. If you're one of those typical stuck up, pretentious Dallas people who like to go to those "ultra" lounges paying $20 cover just to stare at people...then avoid this place. Love it!! – Have to admit I was a little nervous walking in the first time, but so so so glad I did! Best DJ EVER! I make it a point to go back every time I'm in the Dallas area. I think people tend to think of us a snobs when we walk in, but at the end of the night everyone is your best friend. Door guys are funny, bar tenders are cool and again DJ is amazing. So much fun. But you gotta be chill and don't expect it to be something it's not. It's not your average "ultra hip lounge"...it's a dive and I love it!!

Could of been better – Came here on the 26th with my buddies. Don't know too much about the DJ but the music was "OK" girls were pretty cute and the drinks were reasonably priced. I've been to better bars in Dallas. Reading the reviews however ,made me realize this DJ has his fans (or friends I should say) on his side, since his comments and the 2 people who stuck by his side wrote them on the same day or after??
