Apparently your Mall's Santa had no Christmas spirit! As a parent of 2 autistic children and dogs they love, your ignorance astounds me. The service dogs are highly trained.
What your Santa did to that poor little girl was terrible, YOU should know the laws and only hire people that can respect them. This was completely heartless! Making that poor Angel believe that Santa hates her and her best friend there is NO excuse. Anyone that works with the public knows about service animals.

Maybe your Santa should work solely with the mannequins because he obviously lacks any form of compassion. A sweet little girl who only wanted to ask him what he wanted for Christmas so she could make it for him was turned away by your Santa because he didn't like the breed of her Service Dog. Your Santa's actions were despicable and broke the child's heart.
The rating says "poor" because I couldn't rate less! I challenge all of your mall employees to look at the photograph of the most beautiful misunderstood girl who was refused the right to see Santa! Look into her eyes, and tell her why! Actually tell us ALL why! Shame on you Santa! What a fraud you are!
This "Santa" should be fired and an apology offered to the poor autistic girl denied access because of a SERVICE dog. You better inform your staff of the LAWS to protect people with DISABILITIES... This story is going viral...time for a BOYCOTT
Absolutely horrid...and unacceptable...that a establishment would hire a ignorant"Santa" who refuses to see children with SERVICE dogs-that's against the law by the way,you might want to read up on that-and then make cruel hurtful remarks as well.Beyond disgusted.

Not only did your mall Santa violate the Americans with Disabilities law, he broke the heart of one of your guests, who will need time to recover from this outrageous incident, if she can recover from it. I gave you a "poor" rating because there was no designation lower. You should be ashamed. Your employees need sensitivity training. I hope this Santa is gone from the mall.
