1 star for refusing to let a little girl with a Pit Bull SERVICE DOG sit on Santa's lap or even have him waive at her! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! Educate yourselves and show some compassion!
Is it possible to have a NEGATIVE star???? Am hoping that idiot you hired as Santa is gone!! Other than the obvious issue....he's not a nice person.....his refusal to see the young girl because of her SERVICE dog was illegal in all 50 states!!!!!

Shame on Santa Claus for making the little girl cry! How dare he say what he did about her dog! I hope the mother of the little girl sues the Mall! What that Santa Claus did was against the Law! Shame!
