Don't hire a Santa who discriminates against a child with a service dog. Your owners should be ashamed.
You do realize that your "Santa" broke the law when he refused to interact with an autistic child due to his ignorance of service dogs. I hope they sue the pants off of you.
I think if the Santa was allergic, fearful whatever of the dog then he has that right. If he was fired because of this, I hope he sues the mall for everything they have. It's time people start sticking up for people, humans that have a heart. Animals are misterious, humans are not.

Your mall Santa violated the ADA by refusing to see a young girl because her Certified Therapy Dog happens to be a Pit Bull and stating "those dogs eat people" and wouldn't even talk to her when her parents offered to remove the dog completely from the mall because they "support those dogs". That kind of backwards, ignorant behavior is shameful and we as the public expect better. I have family in Mission Viejo and they will not shop in your mall - EVER
I can not believe one would be so ignorant to crush a little girl in such a way as your Santa did today. You are supposed to be the face of hope, joy, love and acceptance. Instead, you use your bias opinion of a breed to refuse a little girl of her moment. Perhaps you will take all of this backlash against you to educate yourself about the breed. Pits don't eat people, this one happens to save her everyday. In fact, they saved each other.
