I'd appreciate it if you would get a different Santa. It is really heartbreaking, and actually infuriated me to see the tears of a little girl when the Santa refused to see a girl because of her therapy dog. It violates the law, and he should have been let go for refusing to do his job. That is terrible! Please fix this issue asap...I am spreading the word about this incident!
Disgusted to hear that Santa refused to let a little girl sit on his lap because her SERVICE dog is a pittbull. Nothing like taking the magic out of Santa because of a narrow minded idiot. Shame on you for hiring someone like that.

I have just read the story about how your mall's Santa refused to see a little girl because her therapy dog that was accompanying her was a pit bull. Legal issues aside, this is such a disappointing story on so many levels. I am the handler of a therapy animal, and I can assure you that they are tested extensively prior to certification to ensure that they meet very stringent standards.
