History Established in 1920. The Ship has been around since the early 1900's the exact date is unknown- We were originally located in a building that stood where John's Market presently is. We moved to our current location in 1946 where we've been movin' and shakin' ever since. Over the last several decades we've gone from having only one beer on tap and just a few in the cooler to our present selection of over 60+ beers both bottled and on draft, not to mention our currently expanding liquor selection. A great local bar for a simple hanging out with friends, drink and watch sports. The staff are very friendly. There are also great group of regulars . Great choices of micro beers and ciders.
First bar I went to when I turned 21. 20 years later I still love it. Grew up in the neighborhood and can tell you it's full if great peeps.
Fun people, friendly crowd, various local brews on stock. Played pool and unexpectedly heard Misfits on the jukebox. Cool vibe. Only drawback was the bartender seemed grumpy. That can happen though, dealin with drunks all night. Over all its a cool place.
What a dump! A white trash camp for townies. A dumpster fire. No thanks.

Just moved to the area, and stopped in last night! Fantastic selection of craft beers as well as some great ciders on tap! Great service, friendly and very hardworking staff. We will be back!
