The Settlement staff is the best it has ever been. Everyone is so friendly and willing to help with any issues. The gounds are kept beautiful. It feels like a resort in the summertime with the large pool. My daughter lives in that pool all through the swimming season. I want to personally thank VERONICA, ELLA, JASMINE and ROSA for making The Settlement such a great place to live. Also the Maintenance guys are awesome i just do not know their names. I'm in my third apartment with this complex and I loved it the staff is great and I've never had any problems.
My brothers' truck was broken into. Someone's petty ass was too broke to buy a 30$ motorcycle cover so they stole mine right off my bike. Sad asf. Multiple break ins to vehicles. Someone's apartment. They sent a notification about obtaining a night patrol when I was under the impression that management had long serviced it. I LOVE my apartment, however I feel no security. My son went on there to visit his dad and was there for about 2 hours and someone tried to steal the headlight from his car. WTH

Everyone is very friendly, staff and residents. Very quiet for apartment living. Well kept grounds, community center and swimming pool. Love it here !
