I have lived at this complex for over three years now and we have been through 5+ managements, each one being worse than the previous. Most recently the same people who own The Strand next door took over, and they are awful. The office staff is UNFRIENDLY AND RUDE and they hardly ever answer the phone when you call so you have to in and when you go in they all just sitting there doing nothing Apartments are nice but you can hear your neighbors conversation as if you were in their apartment but no issues besides that come move out Day be prepared to get hit with All kind of extra charges your water bill will be 3x what your normal bill is come move out. I felt robbed.
My car was towed, even though it was parked at the visitors parking. $250 later got my car back. The AC was not working properly even after my son had reported it several times. They brought their newborn from the hospital and had to go stay with relatives. Cuz it was unbearable. Bad, bad, bad!!!
The actual units are great. Good price for the size, especially this close to austin. Pool tends to have 5-10+ children in it at any given time. In the year and a half I lived here, management and staff changed THREE different times. Upon moving out I was billed a whole month, had it corrected by a manager in the office to reflect the half month we were gonna be there.
