I had 9 days to my wedding and this was the first place I visited based on reviews I read and I wasn't disappointed. Anna accommodated my on the spot request for an appointment and was most helpful, as was Carlene. Professional, courteous, knowledgable and accommodating with a great range of unique dresses.

The best experience! I made an appointment at The Sample Rack after I decided I wasn't in love with the bridal gown I had purchased. My initial phone call with Anna left me feeling so excited about my appointment. She was helpful and understanding and even had me send her photos of dresses I was interested in. Carlene and Anna were great during my appointment, but ultimately I didn't fall in love with anything. This store and staff is amazing! After receiving the wrong dress in the mail, they fit me in on short notice and I found THE dress! I can't thank them enough :)

I think it's one of Phily's best hidden gem. That was the last hope for my niece to find her dream dress to take home in Hong Kong and she did. The service was awesome, the price was right and couldn't be more happier!! Yes, hospital personnel gets 10% discount too!!

I had never imagined I could get my dream gown (a designer piece!) here within my budget! Carleen and the other lady were so helpful and very professional - they know exactly what looks great on me! The fitting was a very happy experience too! I wouldn't have found this dream gown without these 2 wonderful ladies and The Sample Rack! Also special thanks to Siu, my beloved aunt, who managed to get the discount for me! (Hospital staff gets special discount! Yay!)

Carleen and the sample rack is awesome! She is so patient, and so invested in finding a brides perfect dress. She knows style, what looks good on someone, and has creativity and great taste. It was a pleasure working with her to find my dress. She truly wants to make a bride happy!
