The Sample Rack is the definition of a bridal dream come true! They fit me in when one of their appointments cancelled and the first dress they put me in became the one instantly. Not only are these some of the sweetest people I've worked with while planning my wedding, but they KNOW wedding dresses. I could not have been happier with my experience. I can't wait to go back to visit and share photos of the big day. Thank you for the dress of my dreams!!!
My daughter found her PERFECT dress here! The customer service was top notch, they took the time to show her a wide variety of dresses in her size and budget. They made great suggestions on how she could alter dresses to fit her style. In the end she found a perfect dress at a good price. Thank you ladies for a fabulous experience!
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Barely stayed 10 mins and only gave me two to try on. As soon as I told them my price which was 1,200 they started acting like I was too poor to be by anything. Then after I told them a particular style I liked, it was all hands down we don't got it. Go somewhere type attitude!!! Then they tell me they don't carry my size!!!......bs.

We are sorry Veronica did not have a better experience. They called to say they were running late, which we appreciate. They came from another shop where she found a dress she wanted to buy if we could not beat. We only have 2 dresses in her size that we're close to that style (both within her budget). We are happy Veronica found her dress and sorry her experience with us was not better.
I went with my with future sis-in-law to help her find her perfect dress and she did! Carlene was absolutely amazing!! and the rest of the staff was too!!! I have never been wedding dress shopping before but when I do, I will be coming back to The Sample Rack!!
I had issues with a wedding gown from another store, and two weeks (yes, TWO WEEKS) before my wedding I went here and they honestly saved the day. I found a dress that everyone agrees was exactly what I belonged in. The ladies at the store told me it was meant to be that I made that appointment with them, and it truly was! They took me on short notice and even called an amazing dress maker to do my alterations in enough time.
