I was so incredibly impressed with this place. The two women that helped us were beyond amazing (Sorry! I am terrible with names)! They returned phone calls within 2 - 3 hours, were total professionals and had a tremendous "eye" for what looked great on my daughter. Last year, I messaged the Sample Rack in panic mode. My original dress was ruined during alterations and I had less than two weeks until my wedding. Carlene took the reigns, reassured me and squeezed me in for an appointment. She worked with me to find a dress that was better than my original, plus she helped me get a reliable seamstress ASAP. When I visited the sample rack a year ago, I was hesitant. I wasn't sure that I would find a dress there and that I'd probably be headed back to one of the bigger bridal stores to get one of their dresses. But I at least wanted to give it a shot.
