Went in with a photo of what I wanted which was violet and blonde.. they had to re dye my hair twice . After the second attempt it was closing time and it still was not the color I wanted after I repeated multiple times WHAT color I wanted in my hair . Advisor did second time and said it was pretty.. still not what I wanted . However a girl named Anna did my eye brows and did great I wouldn’t have anyone else do them .. wish I could’ve got what I wanted
