When not happy with my hair after telling her to go closer to scalp and actually straighten my hair properly, she said I can just use her straightener and go back over it when she got done. Seriously?!?! Why am I having to pay for something I'm told to go back over it myself.

I actually attended Summit Salon Academy twice- the first time for esthetics and the second for nail tech. It was the best decision of my life! I am now my own boss with a suite I rent & I have a mobile nail business for senior citizens. Melissa is a dream!
Went to get my hair done, she didn’t do my roots so it looks completely awful and of course her teacher or whatever thought it was so good, no it would’ve been great if my roots were done. My scalp is now completely so dry, I’ve dyed my hair before so I know it was no allergic reaction. They added things without even letting me know first. Definitely wouldn’t go back.
I just got a facial at Summit. I didn’t know they did facials. It was great and can’t beat the price. Katie was wonderful. You have to try one. I might go back every week when I get my nails done.

Wife got her hair permed here, they compleatly fried her hair. Told us we have to come in to get a refund, couldnt garrente a teacher. She has clumps of hair that have fallen out. I'll be making a call to see about getting licenses pulled and if her hair dosnt improve I'll be getting a lawyer
