What happened to pedicure chairs with the massaging backs and ability to adjust them? Thought pedicures came with exfoliating scrubs to remove dead skin and whatnot? I’ve never been more uncomfortable in a “chair” in my life. Straight up backs, no arm rests, nowhere to sit anything down at and not relaxing. Thankfully the kid working up front didn’t make me pay for the service because he could tell how much pain I was in from the hour long sit.

Used to love coming here but the way I got treated a few weeks back when they cut my hair to short was supposed to be shoulder length but cut one side to jaw line and other side chin line. My hair is so lop sided, went back and was told that it would cost me to fix my extremely uneven hair. Very disappointing and will never return. Customer service sucks here. The lady at front desk is extremely rude. I understand stand it’s a school where students are learning but shouldn’t charge to fix what they messed up and certainly sh... read more

Im impressed for the second time....with the skills of Bella Ana. My hair color and style looks so beautiful. She definitely has the skill level with color. In addition, she LISTENS and RECOMMENDS when you explain to her what you would like to have done. With....me.....explaining the color I wanted to her......she was able to counsel me and recommend colors where I wouldnt end up looking like Elvira....lol. Just love her skills and personality.
