I've had to recently change my initial glowing review to reflect a truly awful experience getting a diagnostic test for ADHD. I was put on a "wait-list" mid 2023 and wasn't in a rush to get tested so didn't follow up until mid 2024. When I followed up the office had no record of me being on a wait-list and were somehow able to get me in the same week to have an initial consult with a psychologist who administers the testing. I've been working with Mary for years and consider her my fairy godmother. Cannot overstate her expertise and kindness. I know she has a genuine interest in me and my life. thank you.
So far I've had a great experience. The admin staff was helpful and explained everything well. The doctor I met with was attentive and scheduled a follow up during our session.
The Ross Center has changed my life. I was previously at another therapist that location closed down, and followed the therapist to this clinic. I have been in the DBT program and it has helped so much, that I feel like a different person and am able to control my emotions. I highly recommend DBT to anyone who is thinking about it if you qualify. Also, my current therapist is amazing.
I highly recommend avoiding this practice altogether. Absolute cash cow. They cancelled my appointment on me with NO notice AND charged me for the full appointment (which I honestly don’t believe is fully legal). They claimed they sent me an email about needing forms to be filled out (which I did not receive). I have NEVER had this experience before with a provider. Shady practice - please avoid.
