New Roof+Insulation+Bathroom Fan Install We had four estimates on a new roof for our house,three of the estimates included attic insulation .The Roofman estimate included arranging the installation of a bathroom fan by a electrical company. Roof replacement I had our roof replaced this month. David explained the proposal very well, all my questions and wishes. New Shingle Roof Late last fall we had an unexpected surprise by water coming in through our bathroom vent. It was late afternoon and I called several roofing companies for help. Norrie from The Roofman responded immediately and we arranged for him to stop in the next day. He was out early the next morning. Labour, workmanship warranty and manufacture warranty are transferable even if you sell the home. New Roof In November 2014 I contacted "The Roofman" requesting a quote on a new roof. The estimator (Mike) returned my phone call within a few hours. We set up an appointment for the next day. Mike arrived the next day on time and ready to answer all my questions. After doing a thorough inspection of the roof he sat down with my wife and I and explained several options.
