New Roof Shingles We got four estimates and Rhys was the only one who actually scheduled a visit and review of what we needed done. He was knowledgeable and helped us pick the right solution for us. He spotted an opportunity to relocate the kitchen vent to a more efficient location which was a good indication of the little details that we found impressive. New roof, great service We are very happy with the service we received from The Roofman. Of all the roofing companies we contacted for a quote, Roofman was the only one to come into our house to check out our attic. Their price was competitive with the other companies and representatives came to see us in person when we needed to review and sign our contract and pay our deposit, as well as when we needed to pay the balance of our invoice. Roof replacement We have a double garage single detached house, costed about $10,000 for shingle roof replacement + insulation. We called a few roof companies before we decided to go with Roofman. Most companies that I called doesn't have receptionists/office, which means either it goes to voice mail, or the manager will say he will call you back. (and some times it is forgotten). New Roof and Attic Upgrade The previous asphalt shingle roof on our late-80’s backsplit, like many installed 10 to 15 years ago, was nearing the end of its life. New Roof! Rhys came and quoted the job, and gave us some good advice about roofs on 100 year old homes, and how best to work with them. We felt very comfortable with his suggestions and decided to choose The Roofman over other companies we'd interviewed. The work was mostly completed in one day, and the results are wonderful. The crew was courteous and cleaned up the site well.
