I had such a wonderful experience at the Ritz-Carlton South Beach Spa. David, my masseuse, was absolutely amazing and made my massage so relaxing and enjoyable. Oscar at the front desk was also incredibly welcoming and pleasant, which made the entire experience feel so special from start to finish. This is truly my favorite place to spend the day. It was my birthday and I always stuck on 95. I was gonna be running late for my appointment and I spoke with Oscar over the phone and he worked with me and was able to adjust my appointment time for me to be able to get fully treated. Oscar is amazing! Thank you so much
Booked a massage for myself and a scrub for my girlfriend as part of their Miami massage month. The services were great, and the best part was having beach access with a chair. The team on the beach provided us with extra bottled water, an umbrella (without charging us), and checked in on us frequently. The service from beginning to end was exceptional.
