Beautiful hotel, incredible location, very quiet. The cantina has some of the best guacamole I've ever had! Luxurious pool with plenty of lounge chairs and cabanas as well as a really cool water playground for the kids.
Very disappointing spa visit. The facilities are in real need of a remodel. It looks like this might have been a great spa at one point, not anymore. You don’t get the feeling of a luxury spa experience you expect from the Ritz Carlton. To be fair, I was satisfied with my massage treatment and the attentions received by the attendants. However, lacking in all the rest. Very unpleasant to find used round brushes offered next to broken hair dryers. No disposable brushes available, no working lotion pump.
