Our stay has begun extremely poorly. We reserved the same suite as our earlier stay last fall. We were disappointed that we were offered only a ground level room after requesting top floor but understand that happens. However, upon entering our room we find we are not even given a suite which our credit card is pending a charge for. The management says tough s*&t, basically and refuses to make it right. This resort has the BEST staff ever! Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel special. The rooms are wonderful, spa is great, and the property is beautiful. Would highly recommend! Did I mention the staff was AMAZING!!!!!
