Horrible service for the price we paid. We booked 10/9-10/13. Arrived from Chicago at 10 AM. After waiting for 5 hours, room were not ready even though two other families we were traveling with were given rooms. Their arrival time was within 5 minutes of ours. Their excuse that their check in time is 4, so not their responsibility even though was repeatedly told since 10 am that they were expediting our rooms. I will give them negative reviews if possible. It sucks what else can I say? The rooms are set up like inner city projects and it’s easy to hear guests in the other rooms. We got a room right outside the vallet service. Average service. Nice atmosphere, just don’t stay the night.
Steven at Core is the most hospitable waiter ever!! He was so gracious and wonderful to my friend. Brought her a chocolate cake to celebrate her upcoming wedding ❣️ he’s awesome!! Highly recommended

We spent Christmas here this year since we couldn’t get together with family. It’s beautifully decorated, comfortable rooms and common areas, and great views. Our dinners were a gourmet delight here and at the golf course! The service here is exceptional. The pool area is a great place to relax and enjoy. It was home away from home for 4 nights.

A fantastic hotel!! As a New Yorker who has traveled the world, I can say with confidence that this hotel offers exceptional service (Lucinda, Sammara and Josue deserve a special shout out!), unbelievable proximity to fun outdoor adventure, a fully-stocked gym and a diverse clientele. Even though we are Titanium Elite and were celebrating a birthday, we were discriminated against for being gay. This is a serious matter worthy of litigation, but do not stay here if you are gay and wish to feel safe and welcome. Shame on the Ritz. I’m not done with you by any stretch.

From entry, check-in to food service, this was the WORST Ritz Carlton at which we have ever stayed. Food was limited, and palatable, at best. No breakfast the day we left--and staff never told us. Limited spa times. Limited staff. Whenever something was wrong--same EXCUSE--coronovirus. They need to rethink this as a supposed 5-star facility.
