What an amazing, family friendly resort. I have never been to the Tucson area but stayed here two nights during a road trip out west. What makes this resort top notch is the service. Such friendly staff that went out of their way to interact with my children. The grounds were amazing. I do agree with some of the negative reviews regarding the price of the food and drinks while the quality not matching the price. I did not however eat at all the restaurants. Would have made this review 5 stars but the valet, ugh... For a 5 star, Ritz-Carlton resort, the valet should be one the best things there... Other than that, staff, food, drink, etc were all amazing
I have visited this property numerous times, and given the history, will not give less than 5 stars, BUT...in the past, the staff literally treated you like royalty. It was amazing. This was one of 145 5 diamond hotels in the entire country. With that said, the level of service this time took on a slightly less stellar vibe. It was still solid, but just didn't have quite that same elite feel at times. Plus, some of the rooms are starting to show some subtle signs of age. IS NOT A PLACE OF SERENITY!!! This is our second stay. We are loyal Titanium guests and both stays failed for serenity… Our first stay a car club had booked a stay for around 30 people. Our first day the adult pool was calm and peaceful. The second day the car club booked all the cabanas and brought a concert quality speaker to blast music!!!
