RecommendedWe checked in yesterday on the 9th around 6:00pm. We were greeted by a very warm and friendly valet and bellhop. Johnathan delivered our luggage and provided great service. We had issues at check-in regarding an upgrade but Julianne went up and beyond to correct this situation. Her willingness to make things right is why we’re so loyal to the RC brand.
