Piece of crap. Can’t even get food reservations right.
I was there for a conference. They tend to treat people based on their appearance I noticed. The customer service is very awkward and not real. My husband asked the desk for maps etc but they were not helpful. Our group had a super rude bartender named Joquim (sp). The food we had at the Core restaurant tasted like lobster that was from a can. We’ve dined at many fine restaurants-most is the time it is worth the price tag-not this as we both developed gi illness afterward.

Gorgeous setting. Customer service that is above and beyond. 26 miles of well groomed hiking trails which are like a massive adult playground surrounding the resort. By far, the most amazing resort I have ever stayed at.
Fantastic setting, wonderful architecture only outdone by the well trained and friendly staff. Oh and thanks for the sunset.
Beautiful location, impeccable customer service, peaceful & relaxing environment...what’s not to love? Oh and make sure to enjoy the amazing spa.
