Location is fantastic , service is OK , not what I expected from a hotel of this nature . Would still recommend as a Great location
When you make the drive you think that this is in the middle of no where.... what is there to do. Let me tell you! Hikes, tennis, water slide, driving range and tons of complementary surprises. They do not nickel and dime you here and the costumer service was the best that I have expierenced at any of the 10 ritz Carlton’s that I have visited.
Ambiance and service were exceptional. Everything was perfect from arrival to departure. Thank you!
If this was a 1-10 stars kind of thing I’d give them a 7. The hotel and setting are beautiful. The rooms are clean, amenities are nice, the spa is great - the treatments at the spa are great. This resort is isolated - meaning you aren’t really leaving once you get here as everything is at least 30-45 min away. Good to know. Cannot wait to go back! Employees are helpful, polite, smiling. Service was perfect. Kids loved the water slide and we appreciated the flute player, it was amazing! Great food also.
