RecommendedThe customer service at this resort is without doubt, the best I’ve ever experienced. After my 3 yr old daughter got sick, not only did a member from the staff rush to her aid to help her and clean off her shoes, we got a knock on our door shortly after with a wonderful ‘get better’ bag of goodies (a book, some cute toys, Gatorade, crackers, ginger ale) and a heartfelt letter to get better. Nice place to enjoy and relax
A gorgeous hotel like a jewel in the desert. Surrounded by Saguaro cactus and small mountains. Terrific spa with steam and sauna, excellent food, hiking paths, several pools and a large water slide. The room was very clean and the bed amazingly comfortable. The golf course was beautiful and the day trips within reasonable distance.

Extremely disappointed with the level of customer service at this property. Several messages were left to attain reservations for Christmas dinner. Apparently, the only person capable was Andrea in special events. Unfortunately, voicemails and emails were never returned. Call back for the 4th time only to be told they are no longer taking reservations. I've stayed at several Ritz properties and have always received exemplary customer service. Dove Mountain Ritz...you are a huge disappointment.
