The 1st experience was at the gate with the rude elderly parking attendant lady. I was following in a line of cars that ALL kept driving through including the lane on the right tgat states guest. Neither did I see anyone standing out there but as soon as I followed suit with the other cars I hear yelling I braked looked in my side mirror reversed and apologized didn't see her. Amazing place! And amazing people. The views and outdoor activities are worth trying. Loved it!
Guest services when checking in was absolutely horrible. The lady who checked us was not friendly didn’t seem to know what she was doing. When asking for a suite she said there was one available and the.n there wasn’t one, then are room was ready then it wasn’t ready
No need to go to National Parks or other places to find the sweet ambience of the southwest. It’s done right here at Dove Mountain. Outstounding place!
