Lovely resort! Beautiful rooms, beautiful views, golfing, hiking, spa, dining, bars and fires to sit by inside & outside.. all with first-class service! What more could you ask for!
Great food and while I realize we followed a large event our wait staff left us to do other duties and was very slow.
Well, as Dove Mountain residents we frequent the resort often and Caytons is one of our favorite places. However, tonight was a vastly different experience. We have attended the Community Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony with our family and friends over the last 5 years and always had an memorable time. Tonight will be memorable for a vastly differing reason. My 9 year old daughter, who chooses to have short hair, had her sexuality questioned in the ladies restroom by a member of Ritz-Carlton staff, my daughter was left fright... read more

Amazing spa! My massage therapist was so professional and the other staff were wonderful as well.
Attention to detail from the valets to the bellmen, wait staff, etc. The courtesy and care given by all the staff is exemplary. The facility itself is beautiful and maintained at a very high level. The setting is Nature's doing but the way the property is incorporates into it shows great thought and care. There is no clash.
